Locked and Loaded 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum age of entrance is 18 years of age and above.
2. Entry to this competition is only available for New Zealand residents.
3. All entrants must be registered, active customers of Baber Lock and Key.
4. Entry into Baber Lock and Key’s “Locked and Loaded” giveaway is subject to a three-step process;
   1. a. Receive a Locked and Loaded postcard in your Baber Lock and Key order.
      b. Type in the unique code from the postcard on the Baber Lock and Key website.
      c. If you are a winner, you will be instantly notified on the promotion’s webpage, and you will then be prompted to enter your details so Baber Lock and Key can provide the prize via electronic means using Prezzee (www.prezzee.co.nz) gift card services.
5. 5. The promotional period commences at 6:30 AM AEST on 1 April 2026 and closes at 3:00 PM AEST on 30 June 2026.
6. The competition will last for three months, and winners will be selected on a random basis by way of an alphanumeric code system.
7. Prizes will be awarded based on a randomised system as mentioned in dot point 6. The entrants do not have to physically claim their prize.
8. The results will be drawn at the promoter’s address as set out in dot point 12 and will be drawn via a random number generator.
9. All winners will be immediately notified on-screen upon winning, including the prize type and value, once they have completed the steps outlined in point 4. Winners will receive their prize via email, processed fortnightly through Prezzee. Unsuccessful entrants will also be notified on-screen at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the winner to enter their details as prompted to claim their prize.
10. If any prize(s) are not claimed by 12 July 2026 at 3:00 PM AEST, a random draw will take place from the non-winning entrants who have registered their details. This draw will occur on 13 July 2026 at 11:00 AM AEST using a random number generator at the address specified in point 13. New winners will be notified using the contact details provided during registration and will receive an email via Prezzee with their prize. Winners of major prizes will be contacted by phone and in writing within seven days of the draw. Prizes are listed in point 15 below.
11. All new winners will be notified using the contact details uploaded at the time of registration and will be sent an email via Prezzee with their prize. Prizes are listed in dot point 14 below. Winners have the option to switch a voucher using the Prezzee system. Winners are subject to any rules, terms and conditions, and privacy policies set by Prezzee (www.prezzee.co.nz)

14. Winners of FOODIE and BEST RESTAURANT vouchers may choose from a list of participating retailers within that category and, if permitted by the gift card, exchange their voucher balance through the Prezzee system. Winners are subject to any rules, terms and conditions, and privacy policies set by Prezzee (www.prezzee.co.nz)
15. If any prizes are not claimed by the end of the giveaway, prizes will be redrawn as a second prize draw for those who have entered their contact details.
16. Directors, management, employees, and family of employees of Davcor Group Pty Ltd, as well as suppliers, associated companies and agencies, are not permitted to enter this draw.
17. Any currency listed above is in New Zealand Dollars, including GST.
18. All winners must consent to be featured on Lock and Key’s social media pages and in any other reasonable publicity as determined by Davcor. The name and company of major prize winners of $500 and above will be published in the monthly ‘BLK News’ newsletter within 30 days of the major prize draw.
19. Davcor has the right to terminate this promotion in its entirety or part at any point throughout the time frame at our discretion. Subject to regulatory approval.
